Everyone remembers those really great teachers they’ve had over the years. Different subjects and disciplines, different grade levels, but one thing they had in common-they knew what made their students tick. To help educators define that tick and spark a desire for learning, Larry designed the SLIPPAA Method to identify students Strengths, Likes, Interests, Preferences, Passions, Aspirations, and Ambition.

Larry is a firm believer in helping staff effectively plan and execute outstanding lessons and top-shelf activities within the confines of a proscribed syllabus and core standards. True activation happens when school leaders, staff, and learners are in sync and when they form purposeful partnerships in designing functional classroom programs, projects, and protocols.
